HAULY HAUL HAUL

Hey guys, So lately I've been shopping away my boredom and hunting for some amazing clearance finds. Let me tell you, my hunting has paid off. Walgreens, Riteaid, and big lots are my places of choice for these trips.
Let me show you what I've found.

So i went to big lots and hit the nail polish jackpot. Various shades of Essie, OPI, Sally Hensen and Nicole by OPI were hanging up and overflowing from baskets. Needless to say I couldnt help myself.

Here is just one picture of one basket they had on the shelf. This one was full of Nicole by OPI the Kardashian collection. All of them were marked $1.00. They had various shades and finishes.

I had to control myself and debate for probably 20 minutes on the shades I was taking home.

I got some awesome essie polishes. I don't remember them all off the top of my head but i do remember some. L to R: Sexy Divide, Beach bum blu, Pearl Something, Armed and ready, ?, Really Red and SH Midnight in NY. I think I got them all right. The Nicole by OPI are all the kardashian colors. L to R: Kendall, Kris, Khloe, Kim, No idea. So if you want to match them up thats all I got. SORRY! :(
I did go back a few days later and get the rest of the kollection, see what i did there. Ill post that pic in the next post.

So a few days later I hit up walgreens and got some of the newer summer 2013 maybelline items as well as a few of the color whispers.

Color Tattoos in Sandy Shores and Waves of White. Color Whispers in Orange Attitude and Ravishing Pink. Lipgloss in Peach and Fuschia.

I haven't really gotten to use them too much but I am loving the color whispers.

They were marked down to $2.50 or less and you can use manf. coupons so that was awesome. I did go back and get two more color whispers on clearance of course as well as another color tattoo and lipgloss.

I know, I have a problem.

Neglected Blog

So sadly I just realized how neglected my blog has been. I started it with the idea and energy to post once a day and clearly I haven't live up to it. It's time to get back into the swing of things. I have hauls and reviews and I never post them. I'm a slacker. But I'm gonna fix that.

The Balm For 5 bucks!!

I loooovee marshalls and Tjmaxx. I cannot express how many amazing deals I find there on the regular. Well today was no difference, I went hunting for some skincare products but nothing really jumped out at me until I hit up the clearance section in beauty.

 I found The Balm Cosmetics Brown Eye Kit for $5 dollars. Why was it five dollars you ask? Was everything broken?

Well, two pieces were missing, as in someone stole them, a mineral eyeshadow and a pressed eyeshadow. But the products that were in it were worth well over five dollars. And yes, I did check to make sure nothing was used or opened.

I ended up with a full size Cheater mascara and I am very excited to use it. I believe it is $20 regularly. A Shady Lady eyeshadow in Shameless Shana, which is a really pretty rich warm brown that is around $16. Also a Balms Away eye makeup remover full size and ready to try and that is also around $20.

Overall, I am very excited for my lunch break finds. Especially since the new Mac Marilyn Monroe collection came out in stores today but everything I wanted was sold out so this was a nice little makeup pick me up =]

30 Day Challenge- Makeup Edition

30 Day Makeup Challenge

Like many women, I have accumulated a lot of makeup over the years. I used to work as a makeup artist for Macy’s so I like to blame them for my makeup obsession. Now that I no longer work there, my makeup collection has not declined. It has expanded. I have many different brands from high end or drugstore and I love them all the same. Except I have gotten into this makeup rut, always reaching for the same key products while the others just sit in the drawer unloved.

Well I have decided that must change. So I gave myself a challenge. For thirty days, every day use different products for my daily makeup. If I don’t use certain products by the end of the 30 days, they get swapped or given away.

I’m always watching youtube videos and reading reviews and buying new products cause they are "limited" and now I have way too much makeup.

It’s time to change it up =]
